In a mixing bowl add Bulger, grated carrot, green and red chilli,sattu,suji, corriender and pudina, termeric, fennel and cumin powder,lime juice and salt and knead well
Keep this bowl in fridge atleast,30 minutes to enhance the flavour
Take out mixture pan from fridge and make patties of this,heat oil in nonstick pan and place this patties on medium hot pan,when one side cook flip it and cook on other side,till crispy and brown in colour.
Serve hot patties with tamarind and khajoor,sweet and sour chutney with grated salad
